The redesigned Display Engagement dashboard with transactional and behavioral data is now available in Portal Insights.  Use display engagement metrics to understand how shopper behavior varies when consumers engage with Bazaarvoice content. Clients who have implemented the Bazaarvoice Pixel and are sending transaction or behavioral events will have access to these reports.

 Clients can measure the correlation between content engagement and key performance metrics including:

  • Engagement percentage
  • Goal completion
  • Conversion rate
  • Revenue per visitor
  • Average order value
